AI & The Workforce

While the idea of A.I. powered tools may seem irresistible and undoubtedly deliver impressive outcomes in certain contexts, it's critical that we adopt a more discerning approach towards the technologies being marketed to us. In today's social economy, it's all too easy to succumb to the appeal of trendy solutions and rely on them as a cure-all for success. However, both organizations and individuals need to ditch the rose-tinted mirror and really ask themselves if the product they’re selling needs to be “A.I powered” or for that matter “Tech-enhanced”. For example, while the idea of a well powered by your emotions on the blockchain sounds cool, idk how much it does for society. The same idea applies for any tool or product. Needlessly bloating a tool doesn’t equate to efficiency or success - after all over-engineering is a real thing.
